Martinez goes for 13th win, CornBelters host Greys

Carlos Martinez tries for his 13th victory of the season for the second time tonight when the St. Louis Cardinals meet the San Diego Padres at Petco Park in San Diego.

Coverage begins on the WJBC 1230 AM with the pregame show at 6:45 and the first pitch at 7:40.

Martinez has a 12-5 record with a 2.78 earned run average. The Cardinals are 18-4 this season with Martinez on the mound.
Ian Kennedy, who is 7-11 with a 4.20 earned run average, opposes Martinez.
