BLOOMINGTON – The man accused of striking and killing an ISU student with his car will have a bench trial in September.
McLean County State’s Attorney Jason Chambers says Joshua Dunn, 22, filed an open plea to one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving a death, but he will still be tried on several other charges Sept. 22.
Dunn is accused of driving under the influence of marijuana when he struck Benjamin Allison in a crosswalk at the intersection of College and Fell Ave. in January.
