BLOOMINGTON – A female is dead after a single vehicle accident on Interstate 74 Tuesday.
McLean County Coroner Kathleen Davis said her office received a call from an area hospital at noon today regarding a death which happened after a single car collision on the interstate.
The female, whose name is being withheld pending family notification, was pronounced dead at the hospital. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday. The incident remains under investigation by the coroner’s office and Illinois State Police.
