Bloomington man found, arrested for armed robbery

BLOOMINGTON – A man, who was reported missing last week, has been found by Bloomington police and charged in connection with an armed robbery Tuesday.

Antonio Conely, 30, was arrested Thursday night at his home in Normal where he reportedly told police he was in possession of a firearm. Police recovered the weapon after arresting Conely, who is accused of robbing two victims at gunpoint Tuesday west of the railroad tracks near Bloomington’s O’Neil Park.

Conely was taken to the McLean County Jail.
