BLOOMINGTON – The arraignment for the former fire chief of Allin Township has been delayed
Joshua Deterding, 30, is accused of stealing about $27,000 from the fire department between Jan. 2013 and Jan. 2015. His arraignment on felony theft, official misconduct and money laundering charges Friday was postponed because Deterding is in the process of hiring an attorney.
Deterding’s new arraignment date is June 19.
