PEORIA – U.S. Rep. Aaron Schock (R-Peoria) is announcing procedural changes aimed at preventing future spending controversies in his offices.
Schock addressed media in Peoria on Friday and announced he'll hire third-party firms to handle official congressional office spending and campaign records. He said he's hiring a firm to review office procedures.
Schock has been criticized for spending taxpayer money on office decorations, Chicago Bears tickets and other things.
