CHESTER – Drew Peterson, the former Bolingbrook policeman convicted of murdering his third wife, will go to trial on charges he plotted to kill a prosecutor.
Peterson pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to charges he plotted to kill Will County State's Attorney James Glasgow. Glasgow was the prosecutor in Peterson's murder trial.
Peterson is currently serving a 38-year prison term at Menard Correctional Center. He's also the sole suspect in the disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson.
