MACKINAW – A Eureka teen was killed in a single-vehicle crash in rural Mackinaw.
Tazewell County Coroner James Baldi said Dustin David Holmes, 18, was killed in a crash on East Cruger Road near Dee Mack Road shortly before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Holmes was pronounced dead at the scene.
Baldi said the Tazewell County Sheriff's Department and coroner's office are investigating.
He said an autopsy will be be scheduled at the Peoria County Coroner's Office.
