BLOOMINGTON – After 100 years, Holy Trinity Catholic School has decided to change it's name.
Monsignor Greg Ketchum said, changing the name of Holy Trinity Catholic School is necessary now that more parishes feed into the school.
"As part of this formal agreement, we decided to change the name of the school to better include all the parishes that feed into this school again," said Ketchum. "St. Patrick's Church of St. Merna, also St. Mary's in Downes, Holy Trinity Parish in Bloomingotn, as well as historic St. Patrick Parish in Bloomington."
Nearly 100 suggestions were submitted. Corpus Christi means "Body of Christ."
