The storm has passed through, but Texas' governor says more flooding could be ahead from runoff from Hurricane Dolly. The cleanup is under way in the region, amid widespread power outages that are still affecting thousands. Two American Red Cross of the Heartland volunteers are headed to San Antonio to help out. Janice Miller of Clinton and Steve Kroll of Normal will work with people to ensure they have clean-up kits and other necessary supplies.
