12/29/2007 07:03:01

Some Bloomington residents got a rude awakening early this morning. The warning siren on South Main Street near McDonald's went off just before 4 a.m. and it was over two hours before it was turned off. Mayor Steve Stockton says there was apparently a problem with the radio system, which controls the siren.
