State Farm is reviewing its policies and procedures following yesterday's lockdown that was prompted by what turned out to be a false alarm. A witness told police he saw a man outside State Farm's Corporate Headquarters carrying what appeared to be a long gun over his shoulder.   But after a more than 90-minute search, police discovered the man was actually carrying a pipe. Spokesman Fraser Engerman says State Farm executives and security will go through a debriefing to judge how well plans were executed.
