ISU's Milner Library wants to help people pick credible information sources

     Is Wikepedia a bad source of information? How can you compare political candidates? Those are questions information consumers ask every day and Illinois State University is working to help libraries provide answerers. Milner Library at ISU recently landed a $58,000 grant to create a Center for Information Literacy. Associate Dean Dane Ward says the center will coordinate statewide efforts to enhance the ability of citizens to access and use information more effectively.

     The grant money will also be used to survey information needs for various groups and how libraries can help meet them.
