Livingston County wrapping up wind farm hearings

Closing arguments are underway in the first Livingston County wind farm hearing. Iberdrola Renewables, formerly known as PPM Energy, wants to construct wind towers in the northern part of the county, between Odell and Emington. Iberdrola attorney Mike Massie says Livingston County is the right place for wind energy.

The Livingston County Zoning Board of Appeals could make a recommendation to the county board next month.
