Replex is being paid for by a half-percent increase in the sales tax, and state and local funds, but the city has also launched a campaign to raise 400-thousand dollars to cover ongoing operational costs.
Officials are breaking ground at 1 pm.m.today. The Replex is expected to open in a year.
