Bloomington youth minister released from jail
05/10/2008 09:46:50

A former Project Oz youth counselor, accused of child porngraphy, is out of the McLean County jail after posting bond last night.
Thirty-one-year-old Frank McSwain Junior was able to post bond after a McLean County judge yesterday agreed to lower it from $10,000 to
$5,000. McSwain earlier posted $5,000 for his release on sexual assault charges that accuse him of having a sexual relationship with a former student he was counseling at Normal Community High School.
Five additional child pornography charges were added once police searched his home computer. The additional bond was set last month when the child porn case was pressed. McSwain has been suspended by Project Oz, a non-profit agency that provides support for troubled young people.
