The annual Stamp Out Hunger drive is Saturday

     Letter carriers will do more than just deliver the mail on Saturday. They will be collecting non-perishable food as part of the National Association of Letter Carriers 16th annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. Coordinator Dana Saint Hilaire says the food will help restock the shelves at 13 local pantries.

Saint Hilaire says the food will stay in the community where it is collected.

She says the goal is collect 50,000 pounds of food, which would be a more than 30-percent increase over last year.
