Clinton wins IN - Obama wins NC
05/07/2008 10:37:54

Hillary Clinton won the Indiana primary while Barack Obama won the North Carolina primary.

Hillary Clinton has won the Indiana primary. Recent polls had indicated that it would be a close race in Indiana. Clinton's win doesn't make her the nominee, but it gives her a stronger argument for vital superdelegate support.

Meanwhile, Barack Obama has won the North Carolina primary. Though his win was expected by the pollsters, it's still a welcome victory for his campaign. North Carolina has more delegates than Indiana.
