Ozinga says his concrete company owner does not have a state contract and he supports legislation in Springfield that would restrict political contributions from companies with state government contracts. The Republican from Homer Glen will face Democratic state Senator Debbie Halvorson and Green Party newcomer Jason Wallace of Normal.
