State Farm CEO Ed Rust says recession probably won't affect hiring at State Farm.

The head of State Farm says the local community isn't immune, but he believes an economic downturn felt nationwide will be nominal in Bloomington-Normal. Chairman and CEO Ed Rust says Bloomington-Normal is fortunate to have several big companies. As for how the economy is affecting hiring at State Farm, he says the company's growth depends on its needs.
