DOC says Pontiac prison officials were aware of helicopter landing

     A union offical blames carelessness on the part of the Illinois Department of Corrections for a miscommunication that caused a security scare at the Pontiac prison. AFSCME spokesman Anders Lindall says the tower guard who drew his weapon was trying to prevent what he thought was an escape attempt.
