Body found near Wenona was a Minonk man

Authorities have identified the body found near Wenona Tuesday. Dental records revealed 38-year-old Vaughn Vogt of Minonk was found in the back seat of a burning car during the early morning hours. The death remains under investigation. Officials say the case is not a homocide and firefighters said the car looked like it had been parked on the shoulder of the road and was not involved in an accident.
