Halvorson wants WJBC to pull commercial

Democratic Congresswoman Debbie Halvorson is insisting advertisements paid for by the Republican National Committee be pulled from the air. The ads question President Obama's healthcare proposal.

   
Halvorson's attorney's sent a letter to WJBC saying the advertisement is false and deceptive, and they insist the station should stop airing the commercial. A Spokeswoman for Halvorson declined further comment.

The RNC ads are running in 33 states, targeting Democratic members of Congress. The group says the radio spot is accurate, citing a new proposed fee on health insurance to support President Obama's plan.
