The family of two murdered LeRoy boys says they will file a complaint with the Judicial Inquiry Board against McLean County Judge James Souk. Family friend Brandi Tuley says in the meantime, they want people to sign their name to an online petition that says Judge Souk should be held accountable for his contribution to the murders of Jack and Duncan Connolly by their father Michael Connolly.

More than 600 people had signed the petition by noon today. You can view the petition at www.ipetitions.com/peition/justiceforjackandduncan. Anyone can file a complaint against a judge through the Judicial Inquiry Board through its website at www.state.il.us/jib/complaint.htm. The complaints are kept confidential and if an investigation is warranted it's kept private as well.

McLean County Chief Judge Elizabeth Robb says under the county's code of conduct, she can't discuss cases or comment on cases decided by other judges.
