1. Flapjack Fundraiser Meal: Saturday at Applebee’s Restaurant from 8-1030am. Tickets are $5. Menu:  Pancakes, syrup, butter, bacon and a beverage(coffee, orange juice, soda, and tea). Profits go to U-HIGH’s After Prom Committee.

2. Redbird Women’s Tennis: Friday at Evergreen Racquet Club at 7pm. More info available at goredbirds.com.

3. Illinois High School Association Competitive Cheerleading State Finals: Friday and Saturday at U.S. Cellular Coliseum. Top 100 cheerleading teams from across the state will compete. 

4. Redbird Men’s Basketball: Saturday at Redbird Arena at 3:05pm.

5. Redbird Women’s Tennis: Sunday at Evergreen Racquet Club at 1pm.

6. Olympia FFA Alumni Chapter Annual Auction-Dinner:Friday at the Olympia High School Cafeteria and Commons Area from 5-8pm. Money from the event will benefit the Olympia High School FFA Alumni and FFA chapters. Call 379-5911 for more info

7. Bloomington Mission Mart Customer Appreciation Weekend: Friday and Saturday from 8am-noon. Customers will receive 50% off the entire store. 100% of the net proceeds from Mission Mart benefit the homeless at Home Sweet Home Ministries. 

8. Pink Zone at the Shirk Center: Saturday at the Shirk Center. 10:45am-Track and Field. 11am-Swimming and Diving. 5pm-Women's Basketball vs. Wheaton. 7pm Men's Basketball vs. Wheaton. For more information on the big day in sports click here.
