BLOOMINGTON - WJBC Brotherhood Tree organizers are short on gifts as tomorrow's deadline approaches.
Organizer Gary Spears says the biggest need is for pre-teen boys and girls, girls ages six to eight and girls 13 to 16.
Spears said the Brotherhood tree is looking to provide gifts for some 8,000 people in McLean County.
The Brotherhood Tree will be delivering gifts to about 1,750 families which is about as many as were helped last year.
Spears said they also need volunteers to distribute the gifts on Saturday.
"We've just changed our system ever so slightly to kind of speed things up a little bit," Spears said. "We need every hand to come out and help deliver."
Delivery begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday at the National Guard Armory in Bloomington.
