PONTIAC - Pontiac Police have taken a Livingston County man into custody who was suspected in a series of Central Illinois burglaries.
Police said 27-year-old parolee Jacob Roach, of Cornell, was arrested Tuesday night in Pontiac.
Police said they located a 1992 Chevrolet pickup believed to be stolen by Roach in Pontiac. Officers then arrested Roach in front of a nearby residence.
He's being held in the Livingston County Jail. Roach fled from officers earlier this week after allegedly committing a burglary.
