NORMAL - The Normal Police Department is investigating a Tuesday morning armed robbery at the Kroger on College Avenue.

Police said the robbery happened at 4:51 a.m. The suspect is described as a white male around 30 years old wearing blue jeans and a gray zip sweatshirt. He was last seen leaving the store on foot.

Police said no one was injured in the robbery but information on whether the suspect got away with anything is currently unavailable.

Police said there are no suspects in custody.
