NORMAL - The Normal Police Department is investigating an armed robbery in the 1700 block of Parkway Plaza Drive.

Officials said they received a hold up alarm at 4:52 p.m. but did not disclose where specifically the alarm was triggered.

There were no reports of injuries. Police did not release a suspect description and did not say whether a suspect had been caught.
