BLOOMINGTON - Two Halls of Fame are accepting nominations in District 87.

Both Halls have different visions and criteria for candidates. The Bloomington High School Hall of Fame recognizes alumni who have distinguished themselves since graduation. Honorees in the Hall include business leaders, medical personnel, actors, musicians, athletes, and entrepreneurs.

The District 87 Hall of Fame is geared toward recognizing individuals who have contributed to the success of District 87 students, staff, and community. Honorees include former Board of Education members as well as community leaders and faculty members.

An induction dinner will be held on the Thursday of Homecoming Week at Bloomington High School.

Forms are available at district87.org. Nominations are due on or before May 31, 2013.
