A Logan County judge is allowing the defense to subpoena some records pertaining to one of the five victims that two brothers are accused of killing.
Lawyers will be seeking mental health and other records for Dillen Constant, 14, who the defense claims murdered his family in 2009 and that Christoper Harris killed in self-defense. He and brother, Jason Harris, face separate trials on first-degree murder charges.
The judge will review all documents at a Nov. 20 hearing to determine whether any of the records can be admitted in the trial.
Chris Harris faces an April 29th trial date. Jason Harris' trial hasn't been set.
