BLOOMINGTON - Four people have been arrested and more are wanted in connection with Monday night's shooting on Orchard Road in Bloomington.

Police Spokesman Dave White said the shooting is gang related, involving members of the Black Disciples MOB, but no additional information on what led to the shooting is being released.

So far Bloomington Police have arrested Jake Williams, 18, on charges of aggravated discharge of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a gang member, Raymond Davis, 20, on charges of possession of a firearm by a gang member, and Kenneth King, 22, and Antoine Smith, 20, who are both facing charges of mob action. Bonds range from $250,000 to $50,000.

Police said they're still looking for two men, 24-year-old Deandre Daniels and 22-year-old Qunshawn Gardner on firearms charges.

Monday afternoon, Police said two men were shot in the 1200 block of Orchard Road just east of Veteran's Parkway. They said the men were shot from behind. The injuries were not considered life threatening.

White said gang activity has been up in Bloomington-Normal.

"You're starting to see these kids getting older, they're starting to become part of the more established gangs, and now we're seeing more activity from them," he said.
