NORMAL - Eastbound College Avenue between Linden and Walnut streets will be closed to through traffic beginning Wednesday, Nov. 14, and will remain closed until approximately Monday, Nov. 26. 

The closure is for water main installation for the Oak Street water main project crossing of College Avenue. 

Local access will be maintained. 

Eastbound College Avenue motorists are urged to use Linden Street to Willow Street to Fort Jesse Road to Blair Drive as a detour.
