BLOOMINGTON - Bloomington Police say there have been no arrests as they continue to investigate a shooting in which two people were injured.

Police spokesman Dave White said two shooting victims, both men, told police they were approached from behind and did not see the shooters. Other witnesses told police a group of males ran up behind them and that is when the shooting started. It happened in the 1200 block of Orchard Road just east of Veterans Parkway at about 4:15 p.m.

The two victims were taken to OSF St. Joseph Hospital in Bloomington for injuries that were not considered life threatening.

A juvenile was also taken to the hospital after injuries sustained in a battery near the shooting scene.
