BLOOMINGTON - Bloomington and Normal will collect garbage and curbside recycling on Monday and Tuesday.

Public works officials say Christmas trees will be also be collected, but residents should make sure to take all ornaments and lights off the trees before putting them at the curb.

In Normal, landscape waste collection has stopped for the season and will resume in April. Residents who have leaves or other landscape waste may bring them to the public works landscape drop site at 1301 Warriner Street.
