This Saturday and Sunday family fun happens with a visit to the Houchin Alpaca Farm in Heyworth, Illinois. Stop in and watch the alpacas grazing in the field. Check out the new alpaca baby and maybe even experience an alpaca birth as more babies are due any day.

There will be alpaca products available for purchase and a feeding and petting area for all ages. And, if you are thinking about potentially owning alpacas there will be a seminar at 3:00p.m. on Saturday to cover the basics of the alpaca business.
