The Illinois Wesleyan men are hosting the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Tournament for the first time since it was formed in 2006.

The Titans were the last pre-tournament team to win the CCIW in 2005. The top-seeded Titans will face No. 4 seed Augustana in the second semifinal at Shirk Center tonight.

WJBC 1230 AM, 93.7 FM and WJBC.com will have the call at 7:06 p.m. The winner will play the winner of North Central vs. Wheaton on Saturday night.

The Illinois State baseball team opens a weekend series at Austin Peay. The play-by-play begins at 3 p.m. here on WJBC.com.

Redbird softball opens the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Leadoff Classic in Clearwater, Florida with a doubleheader. ISU will play Michigan at 2:30 p.m. CST and Hofstra at 5 p.m. here on WJBC.com.

Blaze on road

The Bloomington Blaze play the first of back-to-back games at the Rapid City Rush tonight. The Rush defeated the Blaze, 2-1, in Bloomington on Wednesday. Greg Halbleib has the call at 8 p.m. on WJBC.com.
