The first round scores of the IHSA Boys State Golf Final ended up as the final scores. 

The second round of the tournament was canceled after heavy rains swept through the area yesterday. U-High finished with the same score as Belleville Althoff in Class 2A, but due to a fifth score tie-breaker, the Pioneers took second. U-High Senior Adam Baracani finished with the individual title with a 1 over par 72 at Weibring Golf Club at Illinois State University. 

In Class 1A El-Paso Gridley finished second to Winnetka North Shore Country Day at Prairie Vista Golf Course. In Class 3A, Normal West junior Steven Mullins tied for third, shooting a 73 at The Den at Fox Creek.
