The Redbird football team is looking for a slice of the Missouri Valley Football Conference Championship today against No. 1 ranked and defending Division I-AA national champion North Dakota State.

A win would give Illinois State its first league championship since 1999.

Redbird Preview starts at 11 a.m. with kickoff slated for 12 p.m. Listen on WJBC AM 1230, FM 93.7 and on WJBC.com.

In other football action Saturday, the University of Illinois hosts Purdue. Listen to the game on WJBC FM 93.7 starting at 2 p.m.

Also Saturday, the Illinois Wesleyan men's basketball team plays its second game of the season when IWU hosts Loras College at the Shirk Center.

ISU's volleyball team wraps up regular-season action at Redbird Arena tonight against Evansville at 7 on WJBC.com.
