BLOOMINGTON - The tallies are in for two McLean County board races with close finishes, and two races in question are not changing.

McLean County Clerk Kathy Michael says Democrat Julie Brandt defeated Republican incumbent Diane Bostic by eight votes in the District 3 race (2,939 votes for Brandt to 2,931for Bostic). That's a slight bump from election night when the two were only separated by four votes.

In Distrct 7, Michael says Democrat Victoria Harris won by about 36 votes over Republican incumbent Bette Rackauskus (3,026-2,990). That margin is up from 25 votes on election night.
