Road Closure: westbound lane on Oakland, between Vale and Woodland

BLOOMINGTON – As storms swept through parts of central Illinois on Wednesday night, drivers will have to find an alternative route due to storm damage clean-up.

Starting immediately the westbound lane on Oakland, between Vale and Woodland, will be closed to traffic due to tree debris clean up. The westbound land on Oakland Ave. will re-open as soon as the job is completed.

In McLean County, Shirley Rd., which is also CH 34 or 850 N. Rd., between Funk Farm Rd., which is also CH 41 or 1100 E. Rd., and 1200 E. Rd. will be closed to due live power lines down. Congerville Rd., which is also CH 55 or 350 E. Rd., between 1850 and 1950 N. Rd., is also closed until further notice.
