SPRINGFIELD– The 20-year-old from Georgetown, near Danville, is a three-peat winner and displayed a variety of calls. He was one of four contestants.
“I actually started in high school,” Metheney told WJBC News after his victory. “I really don’t know how it came. I just know that it came to me, and I thought I’d practice with this and maybe do something with it.”
Metheney works as a corrections officer in Vermilion County.
