The Sugar Creek Arts Festival Features arts and crafts vendors from across the country who share their creations and talent at one of the most popular art and craft festivals in the midwest! The festival takes place July 14th & 15th, 2018 in Uptown Normal, and will highlight 128 of the most talented artists around! The event will feature artists booths, music, t-shirts, and much more!
