Illinois State volleyball schedule includes 10 20-win teams, 4 league champions

NORMAL – Illinois State volleyball’s fall schedule includes 10 opponents that recorded at least 20 wins last year and four conference champions.

Redbird coach Leah Johnson released the 2018 schedule on Wednesday.

The Redbirds’ annual Red and White Scrimmage will be Aug. 17 with the first of 10 home matches on Sept. 28 during the second weekend of Missouri Valley Conference play.

Before league action begins on Sept. 21, Illinois State hits the road for early season tournaments at Georgia, Butler, Washington State and Marquette.

Missouri State hosts the MVC tournament on Thanksgiving weekend.
